Top Kebab Tips:
The lamb goes great with vegetables, fruit or maybe even some haloumi cheese. But for best results, don't put them all on the same skewer!
By the time the veg is done the lamb will be charcoal, so do them seperately and then mix and match after they're done.
Red Ruby Steak Burgers

Made with just lean, minced Red Ruby beef, onion and seasoning.
We cook them like a steak - in a hot pan, with a little olive oil. Sear on both sides and then lower the heat and cook through until the juices start to run (take care not to overcook)
