Boneless Leg of Lamb stuffed with Pesto

All the stuffings are home-made at Pipers Farm to our own recipe and perfectly complement the flavour of the lamb. Cook in a hot oven in a boat of foil to catch the wonderful juices. After cooking, while the meat is resting, follow our cooking suggestions to create a sensational gravy from the cooking juices.
