We pan-fried
the chicken stir-fry
and lardons.

Then we drained them by sitting them on a plate covered in kitchen roll. This made the kitchen roll a bit sticky.


We tossed in the meat and stirred it while keeping it gently warmed

Then we cooked up some Penne pasta (The tubey kind, but any will do) drained it and added tinned tomatoes, olive oil and some dried herbs

You might also like to try
Spaghetti Carbonara:
Lardons mixed with some freshly beaten eggs, some single cream, lots of cheese and a sprinkle of pepper

Or what about a tub of our homemade

Ragu Bolognese
Delicously quick and easy!



Then we served it
up with a sprig of
basil and lots of
grated cheese!
