CHICKEN FAJITAS

Drain the Tarragon & Ginger Stir-Fry pieces through a fine sieve, retaining the sauce.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add a little olive oil. Stir-fry the drained chicken - this takes only a few minutes. When cooked, add back the sauce and allow to bubble. Fill this mixture into the centre of some warmed fajitas and roll each one up.
Serve with a salad of mixed leaves, watercress and cucumber.
