First beat an
egg then squeeze in the juice of half a lemon

Magimix the toast well (toasted breadcrumbs are nicer) and put the resulting crumbs in a bowl and add a bit of pepper.

Add a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice to the pan then fry until breadcrumbs are golden and chicken is cooked.

Now dip the chicken fillets right into the egg, then roll them in breadcrumbs until they're well covered
