Chicken Fajitas

Serves 8
A delicious contrast of flavours which bounce around your palate! 'Instant' food that is wholesome and nutritious.

STEPS

  • Drain the Tarragon & Ginger Stir-Fry through a fine sieve, retaining the sauce.
  • Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  • Stir-fry the drained chicken - this takes only a few minutes.
  • When cooked, add back the sauce and allow to bubble.
  • Fill this mixture into the centre of some warmed fajitas and roll each one up.
  • Serve with a salad of mixed leaves, watercress and cucumber.
