Chicken Drumsticks for a Picnic

Serve(s) as many as you like....

STEPS

  • A "finger food" picnic treat that can be cooking away while you get on with something else.
  • Make a few slits in the skin with a sharp knife. Rub the surface with sweet paprika and Chopped fresh tarragon.
  • Place on a rack in a roasting tin and cook in a medium hot oven until the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer. Wrap in foil when cold.
