In the kitchen on the farm we produce a range of sumptuous meals that have all of the convenience of ready cooked meals, but with the natural ingredients, and stunning flavour of meat that you just cannot find elsewhere.

Tender cubes of beef and matchstick strips of bacon cooked slowly in red wine and pure beef stock with onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic and mushrooms to give a rich and satisfying meal. Topped with herb dumplings.

Lamb & Aubergine
with Cous Cous

Tender cubes of lamb, browned in olive oil and cooked slowly with diced aubergine, onion and tomatoes. No liquid is added, just a liberal seasoning of garlic, fresh basil, roast cumin, salt and black pepper. Served on a bed of couscous, flavoured with onion, garlic, fresh herbs and freshly ground spices.

Ready Meals - Meals in a Mo

"Meals in a Mo"......they are just that! But in reality they are much much more. Its hard to to be healthy in modern living & we want to make it very easy for you to treat yourself well - and give you a taste sensation while you're at it!
From the breeding & rearing of all of the meat that we use (we go beyond 'provenance'/'local'/'happy' claims, we actually produce each and every animal in the traditional, slow grown & natural manner); to the meticulous preparation & care of Tom & Sohan, our two Chefs based in our on-farm kitchen.
Beyond that, it is recipes that we hope you will love, cooked in a simple homely way. No big fancy machines, robotic production lines or heavy processing - simply small batches cooked with pure, natural ingredients, not a preservative, enhancer, or false flavouring to produce what we hope will be taste sensations.
