Thai Green Chicken Curry with Jasmine Rice BUY NOW
Cooked by our son Ed on jungle treks in Thailand, this dish combines the flavours of tender pieces of chicken with garlic, onion, green chillies and lemon grass, all cooked slowly in chicken stock and creamed coconut. We add fresh green coriander and Thai fish sauce to finish.

A taste of the Orient with boneless chicken pieces, sliced onion, garlic, fresh ginger, green pepper, mushrooms and cashew nuts cooked with tamari - wheat-free soy sauce - and sesame oil.

Ragú Bolognese with Tagliatelle BUY NOW
A personal favourite of our son Will! We mix both our beef mince and pork mince with tomatoes, lardons, garlic, onions, rich beef stock and rosemary. We allow it to simmer very, very slowly for several hours to produce an intensely flavoured sauce with plenty of "body". Freshly chopped basil is stirred in at the end, finishing off what is a wonderful version of an old classic! Served with an organic Italian tagliatelle.

Tender cubes of beef and matchstick strips of bacon cooked slowly in red wine and pure beef stock with onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic and mushrooms to give a rich and satisfying meal. Topped with herb dumplings.

A mild yet hugely tasty chicken curry made with yoghurt, cream, spices and coconut. We roast the spices slowly until truly fragrant, before blending and adding them to the homemade paste. We finish the dish off with freshly chopped coriander and coconut.
The basmati rice acts as the perfect foil for the korma.

Lamb, Aubergine & Tomato with Couscous BUY NOW
Tender cubes of lamb, browned in olive oil and cooked slowly with diced aubergine, onion and tomatoes. No liquid is added, just a liberal seasoning of garlic, fresh basil, roast cumin, salt and black pepper. Served on a bed of couscous, flavoured with onion, garlic, fresh herbs and freshly ground spices.
