We have spent 20 years perfecting every detail so that the whole experience of cooking, serving and eating Pipers Farm meat is a real pleasure, every time.
In the kitchen on the farm we produce a range of sumptuous meals that have all of the convenience of ready cooked meals, but with the natural ingredients, and stunning flavour of meat that you just cannot find elsewhere.
Tender cubes of beef and matchstick strips of bacon cooked slowly in red wine and pure beef stock with onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic and mushrooms to give a rich and satisfying meal. Topped with herb dumplings.
Tender cubes of lamb, browned in olive oil and cooked slowly with diced aubergine, onion and tomatoes. No liquid is added, just a liberal seasoning of garlic, fresh basil, roast cumin, salt and black pepper. Served on a bed of couscous, flavoured with onion, garlic, fresh herbs and freshly ground spices.
