Helen at Fuss Free Flavours has done a lovely write up on our Hand-made Pies, Simplest Casseroles and Saddleback Ham that her parents kindly taste-tested for us. It has certainly made our chefs happy - both the Pies and the Casseroles are relatively new creations, but they seem to be growing ever more popular!

Located in the heart of Knightsbridge, the prestigious Cadogan Hotel have just launched a Great Taste Showcase restaurant. They are serving a menu that champions the best of the nation's award-winning artisan producers from the 2011 Great Taste Awards. Our Whole Chicken won a coveted 2 Star Award and after some taste testing at the Cadogan, we are pleased to announce that it has earnt itself a place on the new menu. The menu has been devised by the Great Taste Chair, Nigel Barden and several leading food journalists, and we sit alongside other award-winning producers such as Daylesford Eggs and Kentish cobnut oil.
